The Comms Club has expanded its client portfolio with three new business wins while strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Hannah Castleton as Senior Account Director.
The agency has been appointed by Heveya, a sustainable luxury bedding and sleep brand, and Travel Counsellors UAE, the regional arm of the global independent travel company. It has also secured a renewed mandate from Dubai Racing Club for the 2026/2027 racing season, following a successful first season of partnership.
For Heveya, The Comms Club will manage an integrated PR programme across the GCC to support the brand’s continued regional expansion. The scope includes strategic communications, press office activity, product launches, seasonal campaigns, media and influencer engagement, as well as brand collaborations and B2B partnerships across hospitality, wellness and design.
The agency will also support Heveya’s Sleep Concierge concept by facilitating potential partnerships and introductions with luxury hospitality and wellness players across the UAE and wider GCC.
“Working with The Comms Club has been a genuinely positive experience. What sets the team apart is that they deliver consistently, while always being willing to go above and beyond what is expected. They have taken the time to truly understand Heveya, our brand, our priorities and what we are trying to achieve, which makes them feel like an extension of our own team rather than an external agency. We also really value their flexibility and collaborative approach. They are never overly rigid when it comes to scope and are always willing to adapt as the needs of the brand evolve,” says Alicia Delongueville Heveya’s Country Head, UAE.
The Comms Club will work with Travel Counsellors UAE on an initial three-month strategic communications project aimed at increasing the company’s visibility in the UAE, with a particular focus on Abu Dhabi. The mandate covers media relations, thought leadership, interviews and data-led storytelling, supported by community partnerships and targeted introductions in the capital.
The communications programme will also highlight the Travel Counsellors business model and the opportunities available to people interested in establishing their own travel businesses with support from its global network.
“Travel Counsellors UAE chose to work with The Comms Club because we were impressed by their style, reputation and strong understanding of our brand, the travel industry and the UAE market. We are looking forward to building on our partnership, strengthening our profile and showcasing the unique benefits of the Travel Counsellors model to more prospective customers and travel entrepreneurs,” says Holly McCann, General Manager of Travel Counsellors UAE.
Meanwhile, Dubai Racing Club has renewed its partnership with The Comms Club for the 2026/2027 racing season. Continuing as an extension of the club’s internal team, the agency will oversee the season’s PR strategy and communications programme.
The mandate will position Meydan Racecourse as both a destination for world-class racing and a broader lifestyle destination. The programme will encompass media relations, strategic communications, partnerships, activations and initiatives spanning food, fashion, culture and entertainment, alongside influencer and talent engagement. The activity will build towards the Dubai World Cup in March 2027.
“Our decision to reappoint The Comms Club reflects the success of our partnership to date and the exceptional results we have achieved together. Their strategic approach, strong media relationships and understanding of the Dubai Racing Club brand have helped us reach broader audiences, grow awareness of horseracing, and showcase a day at the races as an exciting lifestyle experience. We look forward to building on that momentum and delivering even greater impact this season,” says Sophie Ryan, Head of Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand at Dubai Racing Club
Alongside the new account wins and renewed business, The Comms Club has appointed Hannah Castleton as Senior Account Director, adding further senior-level expertise and regional experience to the agency’s team.
