The merger of global communications agencies Golin and Ketchum has officially taken effect, bringing the two brands together under the newly launched Golin Ketchum network.

As part of the integration, Stephen Worsley, previously Managing Director of Golin MENA, will lead the combined agency across the Middle East and North Africa region as Managing Director of Golin Ketchum MENA.

The move forms part of a broader global consolidation designed to bring together the strengths, talent, and capabilities of both agencies under a unified structure. For clients across the MENA region, existing account teams and day-to-day relationships will remain unchanged, while gaining access to a wider pool of expertise, specialist services, and technology capabilities across the combined global network.

Golin Ketchum will operate across multiple communications disciplines, including brand and consumer marketing, corporate affairs, healthcare communications, technology, and food, agriculture, and nutrition. The agency will continue to leverage local market teams supported by specialist practices and sector-focused expertise.

The newly formed network is expected to combine Golin’s reputation for creative communications with Ketchum’s extensive global capabilities, creating a broader platform for clients navigating increasingly complex communications environments.

The launch also coincides with the 50th anniversary of Horizon Holdings, the parent company behind Golin’s operations in the MENA region, marking a significant milestone as the business enters its next phase of growth.

Globally, Matt Neale will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Golin Ketchum, while Tamara Norman assumes the role of President. Together, they will oversee the integration of operations, capabilities, and talent across markets worldwide.

Alongside the merger, the agency has unveiled a new visual identity featuring a bold red-orange colour palette and a refreshed brand mark designed to represent the combined organisation’s ambition and future direction.

The formation of Golin Ketchum reflects a wider trend across the communications industry, where agencies are increasingly integrating capabilities to offer clients more connected solutions spanning strategy, creativity, reputation management, data, technology, and stakeholder engagement.

With operations spanning multiple markets and specialisations, Golin Ketchum enters the market as a unified communications network focused on delivering integrated solutions for brands, businesses, and organisations navigating a rapidly evolving media and communications landscape.
