Dubai-headquartered talent management company Zodiac Global has announced its expansion into influencer marketing and creator partnerships, aiming to meet rising demand for creator-led campaigns and integrated marketing solutions across the UAE and GCC region.
Initially established as a talent management agency representing British and international creators based in the UAE, the company has experienced strong momentum over the past year as brands increasingly invest in long-term creator collaborations and influencer-driven campaigns.
The new division will be led by Jonathan Marshall, Agency Managing Director at Zodiac Global. The expanded offering includes influencer campaign strategy, creator sourcing, talent representation, content production, paid media amplification, creator partnerships, and full campaign execution across markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the UK.
The development aligns with the rapid growth of the Middle East’s creator economy, as Dubai continues strengthening its position as a leading global destination for influencers, creators, and digital-first businesses.
Danny Agg, CEO & Head of Talent at Zodiac Global, said, “Over the last 12 months, we’ve seen a huge increase in both creators relocating to the UAE and brands wanting to work more strategically with talent in the region. Launching the influencer marketing and creator partnerships side of the business felt like a natural next step, allowing us to bridge the gap between talent management and full-scale campaign execution.”
Unlike agencies focused solely on campaign management or talent representation, Zodiac Global now combines exclusive creator management with end-to-end influencer campaign delivery, enabling brands to collaborate directly with creators while simplifying execution and production processes.
The company currently supports campaigns and creator activations across sectors including tourism, hospitality, fashion, beauty, automotive, lifestyle, and entertainment. Its portfolio includes collaborations with brands and organisations such as TikTok, Lookfantastic, L’Oréal, Atlantis The Royal, tourism boards across the UAE, and several hospitality and luxury partners in the region.
Jonathan Marshall, Agency Managing Director at Zodiac Global, said, “We’re seeing growing demand from brands wanting to connect more authentically with the expat market across the UAE. With the increasing number of Western professionals, entrepreneurs and long-term residents now living in Dubai, brands are recognising that influencer marketing plays a key role in reaching these audiences in a more culturally relevant and engaging way.”
Marshall added, “Because of our position across both talent management and campaign execution, we’re uniquely placed to help brands connect with audiences through creators who genuinely live, work and influence within the region.”
Looking ahead, Zodiac Global plans to further grow its influencer marketing business and creator roster throughout 2026, with a focus on hospitality, tourism, luxury, entertainment, and lifestyle partnerships across the GCC.
