Ruder Finn Atteline, the MENA arm of global integrated marketing and communications consultancy Ruder Finn, has expanded its regional capabilities with the introduction of two new specialized offerings: a Culture & Education practice and RF Publicity.
The new services have been launched in response to evolving market dynamics, including the growing influence of culture and education sectors, as well as increasing demand for talent-focused storytelling, live event visibility, and stronger audience engagement.
The Culture & Education practice has been established to support cultural institutions, museums, universities, edtech companies, and knowledge-based organizations across the Middle East and North Africa, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. The practice aims to help organizations strengthen their reputations, enhance cultural relevance, and build long-term stakeholder engagement.
Alongside this, RF Publicity has been introduced as a dedicated specialist offering that combines talent publicity, project communications, and event-focused media management into a single integrated service. The offering covers red carpet media relations, press junkets, interview management, premieres, experiential campaigns, and influencer-driven visibility initiatives designed to maximize exposure across media and live environments.
The new practice is led by professionals with experience spanning global entertainment brands, talent-led campaigns, and major cultural moments across the region, enabling the agency to provide comprehensive communications support for high-profile projects and personalities.
According to Radhika Mehta, EVP Growth and Operations, Ruder Finn Atteline, while these capabilities have existed within the agency’s broader service portfolio, formally launching RF Publicity and the Culture & Education practice strengthens the company’s global commitment to supporting entertainment brands and educational institutions while aligning with the unique opportunities emerging across the MENA region.
The launch also reflects the agency’s broader growth strategy, following a year marked by rebranding efforts, regional expansion, and the introduction of multiple new service offerings.
