RAIYN, has officially launched at Dubai’s Museum of the Future, bringing together four established specialist agencies under a unified structure focused on trust, accountability, and measurable business outcomes. The network was unveiled by Mazen Nahawi, Founder and CEO of both CARMA and RAIYN.
RAIYN integrates the expertise of Brazen MENA, Cicero & Bernay, Salient Communication Group, and SOCIALEYEZ into a single collaborative model designed to help organisations across the Middle East and beyond strengthen reputation, navigate complexity, and achieve sustainable growth.
The launch comes at a time when businesses are operating in an increasingly dynamic environment marked by heightened stakeholder expectations, rapid change, and growing scrutiny. Recognising that reputation and business performance are now deeply interconnected, RAIYN aims to eliminate fragmented advisory structures by offering clients a fully integrated communications approach.
The network combines strategic counsel, intelligence, creativity, and measurement capabilities under one framework. Its model is built around regional expertise, specialist knowledge, transparent decision-making, and outcome-driven execution. Clients will have access to owner-led teams that remain closely involved in delivery while leveraging data-driven insights and performance measurement tools.
Commenting on the launch, Nahawi said: “The people of this region, nationals and expats, are best suited to speak on its behalf. That is the belief on which RAIYN is built. We have brought together the best practitioners in the region, combining creativity, sector expertise, AI mastery and cultural depth. Communications needs a new dawn. That dawn begins with trust. RAIYN is a promise to bring people together, to build respect and to put trust at the centre of everything our industry does.”
Nahawi is joined by four agency leaders who will serve as principals within the network: Ahmad Itani, Founder and Chief Advisor of Cicero & Bernay; Louise Jacobson, Managing Partner of Brazen MENA; Sean Trainor, Chief Executive of Salient Communication Group; and Tarek Esper, Managing Director of SOCIALEYEZ.
Each agency contributes specialised capabilities to the RAIYN ecosystem. Brazen MENA brings expertise in lifestyle, luxury, and corporate communications; Cicero & Bernay contributes strategic communications and analytics; Salient Communication Group offers strategic advisory services from its Riyadh base; while SOCIALEYEZ delivers creative strategy and digital execution.
Collectively, RAIYN comprises more than 700 professionals spanning communications strategy, creative services, digital expertise, and intelligence functions. The network operates under News Group International (NGI), which also owns CARMA, the global media intelligence company. Through CARMA’s technology and insights capabilities, RAIYN will provide real-time intelligence, analysis, and measurement to support client decision-making.
The name “RAIYN” draws inspiration from concepts including light, growth, intelligence, humanity, and balance. It reflects the network’s commitment to combining technology with human insight, creativity with data, and ambition with responsibility. At its core, the network aims to foster trust and create long-term value through integrated communications.
