Publsh Group has announced the appointment of Fatema Ali as Director of Social Media, as the company continues to evolve into a fully integrated media ecosystem.
Ali brings with her extensive experience in blending communications with modern storytelling, having worked with a premium portfolio of clients including Address Hotels, Abu Dhabi Terminals, Kempinski, and the Department of Culture and Tourism. Her expertise lies in building impactful digital narratives across diverse sectors.
Before joining Publsh Group, she played a key role in strengthening the digital footprint of one of Dubai’s largest real estate groups. During her tenure, she launched and scaled the company’s podcast from scratch, achieving over 80,000 listens and an exceptional 3,850% audience growth within its first year.
Her professional journey also includes leading social strategy and creative direction for brands such as BMW Motorrad Middle East and IHG Hotels & Resorts. She is known for managing complex multi-brand ecosystems and creating scalable systems that deliver consistent results across industries including real estate, hospitality, automotive, and lifestyle.
“Having worked across different high level industries and multi-brand portfolios, I’ve seen that what cuts through isn’t over-produced content, it’s clarity, context, and a real understanding of the audience,” said Fatema Ali.
