Dubai: Publicis Media Middle East has been ranked the region’s leading media group in RECMA’s Overall Activity Ranking 2025 – Middle East, with Spark Foundry Middle East and Starcom Middle East securing the second and third positions respectively among agencies.

Announcing the achievement on LinkedIn, Tony Wazen, CEO of Publicis Media Middle East, said scale is meaningful only when combined with agility, creativity and a strong focus on client outcomes. He noted that while size provides access to richer data, stronger partnerships, technology investment and exceptional talent, competitive advantage ultimately depends on how those capabilities are put to work.

The rankings underscore Publicis Media’s growing presence across the Middle East, with the group taking the top media network position while its agencies, Spark Foundry Middle East and Starcom Middle East, secured the second and third spots respectively.

The regional recognition also aligns with Publicis Media’s broader global momentum. RECMA’s latest Overall Activity Volume (OAV) 2025 report ranked Publicis Media third among global media groups by activity volume and projected it to overtake WPP Media in 2026, supported by major global client wins over the past year.
