Nebius, the AI-focused cloud infrastructure company, has appointed Raja Agrawal as Vice President for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), reinforcing its expansion strategy across one of the world’s fastest-growing AI and cloud computing markets.
Based in Dubai, Agrawal will lead Nebius’ go-to-market strategy across the MEA region, focusing on increasing adoption of the company’s AI cloud solutions among enterprises, government organisations, research institutions, and public sector entities.
With more than 20 years of experience in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, enterprise technology, and data platforms, Agrawal brings extensive leadership expertise to the role. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions at SAP, Microsoft, and Browserstack, where he successfully built high-performing teams, developed strategic customer relationships, and managed large-scale business transformation programs from planning through execution.

As part of its broader international growth plans, Nebius is building a dedicated regional team, initially concentrating on expanding its go-to-market operations. The company has already made its first regional hires and plans to further strengthen its presence to support customers and partners across the Middle East and Africa.
