The Coca-Cola Company has promoted Rishav Gandhi to Vice President – People & Culture for Eurasia and Middle East, giving him a broader regional mandate covering people strategy, organisational effectiveness and culture.
Gandhi announced the move on LinkedIn, saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President – People & Culture, Eurasia and Middle East at The Coca-Cola Company!”
In his expanded role, Gandhi will oversee key people and culture priorities across the region, including talent development and organisational effectiveness, while contributing to wider business objectives across the markets within his remit.
Gandhi has built extensive experience in people strategy, talent development, organisational effectiveness, performance management and rewards during his career at Coca-Cola. Most recently, he served as Vice President, People & Culture, leading people strategy and culture for the company’s Global Marketing and McDonald’s Division.
His earlier roles at Coca-Cola include Senior Director, Talent & Development for Latin America and Director of Talent Innovation. During his tenure as Director of Talent Innovation, he worked across areas including talent strategy, future-of-work initiatives, agile ways of working, leadership frameworks and performance management.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Gandhi worked with Deloitte as a management consultant, advising large organisations on strategic human capital and operating model challenges.
He also spent more than seven years with Airtel, where he held roles spanning total rewards, organisational effectiveness, performance and rewards, HR analytics, organisation design and talent management. As head of total rewards for Airtel’s Pan Africa operations, he managed the function across 17 countries, covering compensation, performance management, executive rewards and benefits.
