5th Element has announced the appointment of Hatem Fakih as VP Growth & Media, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to expand its products, capabilities, and partner ecosystem across the region.

Fakih brings extensive experience in media, business strategy, client partnerships, and commercial leadership, having built a strong track record across some of the industry’s leading organizations.
Before joining 5th Element, he served as General Manager at Mediaplus Group, where he led business growth initiatives and strategic development efforts. Prior to that, he was Business Director at MAGNA Global, part of the IPG network, where he played a key role in business planning, market analysis, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
During his time at MAGNA Global, Fakih helped drive growth through strategic planning, operational optimization, and the development of client-focused solutions designed to deliver measurable business outcomes. He was also instrumental in strengthening media planning capabilities and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
His professional journey also includes leadership positions at UM Dubai, where he gained significant experience in media planning, business development, and client servicing.
With more than a decade of experience in the media and advertising sector, Fakih’s appointment is expected to support 5th Element’s continued growth ambitions, strengthen its media expertise, and deepen relationships with clients and strategic partners across the market.
