Webedia Arabia Group has announced the appointment of Elie Zeinieh as the Chief Executive Officer of LeadGen MENA, a move that underscores the Group’s commitment to accelerating innovation, strengthening operational capabilities and expanding its media portfolio across the region.
Zeinieh steps into the CEO role after serving as Managing Director of LeadGen MENA, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company and guiding its growth since its launch in 2021. During his tenure, he helped build the agency’s operational framework, expanded its business, strengthened client relationships and positioned LeadGen MENA as a leading performance-focused agency in the region’s increasingly data-driven media landscape.
Commenting on the appointment, George Maktabi, Group CEO of Webedia Arabia Group, said, “Elie’s appointment reflects both the remarkable progress LeadGen has achieved since its creation in 2021, and our confidence in its future direction. He has demonstrated the leadership, operational discipline, and strategic mindset required to scale a business sustainably. As the market evolves, we believe his focus on product development, data integration, and AI-driven strategy will cement LeadGen’s position as a long-term leader in the region.”
Sharing his vision for the company, Zeinieh said, “The next phase for LeadGen is centered on elevating and productising our offering. We are building a clearly defined, differentiated, and scalable media product that brings together data, advanced analytics, performance marketing, and AI-driven intelligence into a unified growth engine for our clients.”
He added, “In the fast-evolving Saudi market, AI is not a differentiator, it is a necessity. We are embedding AI across our strategy and measurement frameworks to drive smarter decisions, greater precision, and measurable competitive advantage for the brands we work with.”
Founded in 2021, LeadGen MENA has grown rapidly into one of Saudi Arabia’s prominent independent media agencies. Over the past four years, the company has significantly expanded its workforce, strengthened its revenue base and, in 2025, was recognised as Media Agency of the Year at the Athar Saudi Festival of Creativity, highlighting its growing influence in the regional media industry.
