Tech-enabled influencer marketing agency Vamp has strengthened its global leadership team with four key appointments as it sharpens its market positioning and scales its service-led model focused on end-to-end influencer marketing, creative strategy, and paid social amplification.
Among the senior hires is Simone Bevan, who joins as Head of Brand and Integration. With over 14 years of experience spanning digital, creative, and creator marketing, Bevan previously worked with History Will Be Kind and Hopeful Monsters. In her new role, she will lead Vamp’s go-to-market strategy and oversee large-scale creative initiatives, playing a central role in shaping the agency’s next phase of growth.
The leadership expansion also includes Katrina West as Senior Product Manager, tasked with enhancing client experience across the platform; as CliCaoilfhionn Blaney ent Delivery Manager, who joins from One Green Bean and will manage campaign execution; and Phi Austin as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial strategy and operations.
These appointments come at a time when client demand is increasing for more integrated, performance-driven campaigns and deeper strategic collaboration.
