Schneider Electric has promoted Ruba Saade to the position of Vice President, Global Transformation Program within its Industrial Automation division, based in the UAE. The appointment marks a significant milestone in her nearly 13-year journey with the company, bringing her career full circle to the region where she first began her association with Schneider Electric.
Saade takes on the new leadership role after spending the last decade in Paris, where she advanced through a series of leadership positions spanning Europe, EMEA, and global markets. During this period, she also completed her Executive MBA at HEC Paris, further strengthening her expertise in business transformation and leadership.
Announcing her new role, Saade reflected on her professional journey and expressed gratitude for the opportunities she received throughout her career in France and at Schneider Electric. She highlighted the company’s strong culture of employee development and its commitment to nurturing talent across regions and functions.
In her new position, Saade will focus on driving global transformation initiatives within Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation business, supporting the company’s next phase of growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
