Pixel, an AI-driven influencer talent management agency, has officially launched operations in the UAE, bringing its expertise in building and managing virtual ambassadors to brands across the GCC.
Founded in 2025 by Lewis Davey, the agency has relocated its base from London to Dubai, driven by the region’s growing appetite for next-generation marketing solutions powered by generative AI.
Pixel is positioning itself as a strategic partner for brands looking to develop customised AI ambassadors—virtual personalities designed to represent brands across digital platforms and customer touchpoints.
“Smart brands are quickly waking up to the benefits of building their own customised AI Ambassador,” Davey said. “I’ve always believed the GCC is the perfect market for this technology – full brand control, less reputational risk in a region where cultural values must be respected, dissemination of accurate information, 24/7 consumer engagement, in multiple languages – the versatility of AI ambassadors is a big draw for brands.”
To strengthen its offering, Pixel has formed an exclusive GCC partnership with The Clueless, a Barcelona-based technology firm known for its hyper-realistic avatars and advanced AI capabilities.
“The UAE attracts the best talent and tech in the world – we needed a solution to build our presence in this exciting market, and Pixel is the perfect partner for us. Lewis has a wealth of knowledge on virtual ambassadors, plus the network to get this tech in front of brands,” said Diana Núñez, Co-Founder and CEO of the The Clueless.
Davey also highlighted that recent market dynamics are pushing brands to rethink influencer strategies, with AI-led innovation gaining momentum.
“For brands, now is the time to look at their influencer portfolio and consider future-proofing their strategy with an AI ambassador that’s 100 per cent reliable, aligned with their values, on message, and able to communicate accurately in multiple languages,” he said.
While he emphasised that virtual influencers will complement rather than replace human creators, Davey believes they will become a core element of brand ecosystems—particularly in innovation-led markets like the UAE.
Among its early offerings, Pixel has introduced “Noura,” a custom-built AI ambassador tailored for the Middle East real estate sector, developed in collaboration with The Clueless. Designed as an integrated marketing solution, Noura operates across multiple brand channels—from social media engagement to customer support functions.
“The technology we’ve integrated into Noura is incredibly exciting for brands. Noura will have her own Instagram where fans can follow her life and experiences in Dubai, from shopping malls, to beach clubs, fitness destinations and restaurants – with some property content thrown in,” said Davey.
“But here’s where it gets clever – she’ll push consumers to other brand channels, where she can operate as their automated multi-lingual chatbot on-site, run their customer chatline – and feature in PR and social campaigns,” he added.
The concept aims to deliver a seamless customer journey by combining a relatable digital persona with AI-powered functionality across all consumer touchpoints.
Currently, Noura is available for collaborations within the real estate sector, while Pixel is also in advanced discussions with major brands in travel, tourism, and food delivery to develop similar AI-led solutions.
The agency also manages a portfolio of AI influencers, including high-profile names such as Aitana Lopez, who recently collaborated with WooHoo Dubai, part of the Gastronaut group.
Pixel’s UAE launch marks Davey’s second business expansion in the region within six months, alongside his London-based creative PR agency, Idea Farm, reflecting a broader push to capitalise on the Middle East’s growing innovation economy.
