Exscape Appoints Mario Pérez Guerreira as Chief Growth Officer

Exscape has named Mario Pérez Guerreira as its Chief Growth Officer, reinforcing its leadership team as it scales operations internationally.

Founded in the UAE, Exscape has quickly gained traction, crossing 10 million downloads and achieving 1.7 million monthly active users within its first year. The platform is expanding its footprint across Africa and the Middle East, positioning itself strongly within the fast-growing attention economy.

Guerreira brings over 15 years of global experience across entertainment and esports, with expertise in business scaling, market expansion, and partnership development across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Before joining Exscape, he held senior roles at GGTech Entertainment and LVP (Mediapro), where he contributed to major esports initiatives such as Gamergy. He also previously led global sales and partnerships at StubHub, managing multi-country operations and driving growth across regions.

In his new role, Guerreira will focus on scaling Exscape’s global presence, expanding into new markets, and strengthening its position within the evolving digital entertainment landscape.
