Think Human Names Tiago Bastos As New Creative Director

Think Human has appointed Tiago Bastos as its new Creative Director, bringing in over 20 years of global creative expertise spanning Brazil, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. His previous roles include senior creative positions at Leo Burnett Tailor Made and Edelman KSA.

Throughout his career, Bastos has earned recognition at some of the industry’s most prestigious award shows such as Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, and the Dubai Lynx — where he secured a Grand Prix — along with Effies. He has also contributed as a jury member for international festivals including AdForum PHNX, NYF, and MAD Stars.

In his new role at Think Human, Bastos is working closely with teams across the organisation to build what he calls “creative ecosystems” — long-term, purpose-driven brand solutions rather than one-off campaigns. His focus includes elevating client partnerships and strengthening the agency’s strategic-creative integration.
