Teads has announced the promotion of Julien Cavailles to Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), advancing him from his previous role as Deputy Managing Director. The omnichannel outcomes platform said the move recognises Cavailles’ significant contribution to business growth, client partnerships, and the company’s long-term strategic direction in the region.
Cavailles has been with Teads for nine years and has been closely involved in scaling the business across MEA. During his tenure, he has helped strengthen regional operations, reinforce Teads’ market presence, and drive consistent commercial performance. He has also worked alongside local and regional leadership teams to cultivate a culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
“Julien has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, deep market expertise, and a strong commitment to our clients and teams, making his promotion to Managing Director a natural next step and an important milestone for the business,” said Mihai Bostinaru, Managing Director CEE & MEA at Teads, to whom Cavailles reports.
In his expanded role, Cavailles will now lead Teads’ overall strategy and execution across the MEA region. His mandate will include accelerating growth, strengthening client impact, and creating sustained long-term value for partners and stakeholders.
“I’m proud to take on the role of Managing Director and grateful for the trust placed in me,” Cavailles said on his appointment. “I look forward to building on the strong foundations we’ve established and continuing to deliver meaningful impact for our clients, partners, and teams.”
Teads said the promotion underscores both Cavailles’ proven leadership capabilities and the organisation’s confidence in his ability to steer the business through its next phase of regional expansion.
