StickyGinger has been named the official public relations partner for the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) in the GCC region.
With immediate effect, the agency will act as the communications representative for RAKTDA, managing media relations, handling press queries, and driving strategic communication initiatives across the Gulf Cooperation Council markets.
The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority is actively working to strengthen the emirate’s tourism ecosystem and position Ras Al Khaimah as a premier global destination for both leisure and business travellers. As part of its long-term tourism strategy, the authority is targeting 3.5 million visitors annually by 2030.
In addition to tourism growth, the authority is focused on encouraging sustainable investments and improving overall living standards for residents in the emirate.
Tourism in Ras Al Khaimah recorded a milestone year recently, with the emirate welcoming 1.35 million overnight visitors — marking a 6 percent year-on-year growth. Tourism revenue expanded at an even faster pace, rising by 12 percent as the destination prepares for the launch of the highly anticipated Wynn Al Marjan Resort, the UAE’s first integrated gaming resort, scheduled to open in 2027.
As the newly appointed PR partner, StickyGinger will lead strategic communications for RAKTDA in the GCC, supporting the authority’s efforts to enhance regional visibility and engagement.
