SOCIALEYEZ Deepens Partnership With Dubai Culture, Leading Integrated Communications For Fifth Consecutive Year

SOCIALEYEZ team collaborating with Dubai Culture to lead ICOM 2025 digital communications

SOCIALEYEZ, a leading creative strategy agency in the Middle East, has strengthened its long-standing collaboration with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, continuing for the fifth year as the preferred partner for integrated communications and content strategy. Through this renewed partnership, SOCIALEYEZ will continue driving storytelling, content creation, and multi-platform campaigns to elevate Dubai’s cultural identity globally.

As part of this extended mandate, SOCIALEYEZ led the complete social media creative development and digital narrative for the International Council of Museums (ICOM) 2025 General Conference — the world’s largest gathering of museum professionals.

The agency overseen everything from ideation to on-ground coverage, producing powerful content that showcased Dubai’s influence in cultural innovation, heritage preservation, and global cultural collaboration.

Alongside spearheading the Dubai Culture-led ICOM 2025 campaign, SOCIALEYEZ also handled the official ICOM General Conference social media channels — Instagram, Facebook, and X — throughout the year. This included close alignment with ICOM’s global headquarters in France to ensure unified messaging across all stages, from pre-event communication to live coverage.

Hajar Mahmoud, Head of Social at SOCIALEYEZ, said, “We are honoured to continue our long-term partnership with Dubai Culture, supporting their vision to celebrate creativity, heritage and cultural innovation on a global scale.”

Mahmoud further added, “Leading the creative content and managing the official ICOM 2025 social presence allowed us to showcase Dubai’s cultural leadership and tell stories that resonate both locally and internationally. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to pushing creative boundaries and making cultural experiences accessible, engaging, and unforgettable.”

Since ICOM takes place once every three years, SOCIALEYEZ’s stewardship of the event’s digital channels marked a first for Dubai. These accounts will now transition to Rotterdam, the next host city for the 2028 edition.

Through this holistic communication approach, SOCIALEYEZ has reinforced Dubai Culture’s dedication to fostering cultural exchange worldwide while celebrating the Emirate’s heritage and creative aspirations. The partnership also highlights the agency’s strength in executing strategic, impactful campaigns that elevate Dubai’s cultural influence globally.
