Scott Feasey has been named Chief Executive Officer of M&C Saatchi Europe, in addition to his current role as CEO of M&C Saatchi Middle East. The expanded responsibility brings the two regions under unified leadership, marking an important step in strengthening alignment and long-term strategy across markets.
Feasey takes over from Carlo Noseda, who led M&C Saatchi Europe for 15 years and was instrumental in building its culture and leadership foundation. Speaking on the transition, Feasey drew comparisons between Noseda’s tenure in Europe and his own 25-year journey in the Middle East, noting that both were shaped by a focus on people-led growth rather than expansion for its own sake.
From March 1, Feasey will begin working closely with teams across Europe while continuing to lead the Middle East business. He highlighted the strength of leadership in both regions and expressed confidence in their ability to collaborate and build on existing momentum.
The move is designed to ensure continuity and shared direction across markets, with an emphasis on collaboration, stability, and long-term growth.
