Real Chemistry Appoints Kath Harrison As Group President

Real Chemistry has strengthened its international leadership team with four senior appointments as part of its global growth strategy.

For the Middle East region, Kath Harrison has joined as Group President, International Growth. Based in Dubai, she will drive international growth and oversee the delivery of integrated capabilities across global markets. Harrison will also take on the role of General Manager for the Dubai office, further enhancing the company’s regional footprint and ability to support clients expanding into Asia Pacific and beyond.

The company has also named Brandon Pletsch as President, Europe (Germany-based), Louise Clark as President, Integrated Communications, Global (UK-based), and Eleanor Read as President, Integrated Communications, Europe (UK-based).

These leadership changes reflect the agency’s focus on delivering greater consistency, efficiency, and strategic counsel for healthcare brands navigating complex global markets.

Healthcare companies today are operating in a far more complex, multi-market environment, and they need partners who can think and act globally while delivering locally,” said Suzanne Jacobs, Head of International Markets & Group President, Medical Communications.

“By expanding our international leadership and strengthening our regional hub model, we are deepening our ability to support clients across borders — from molecule to market — with the consistency and integrated expertise required to drive meaningful impact worldwide.”

The company plans to expand its presence across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Latin America through regional hubs and a wider affiliate network. Initial investments include new hub offices in Munich, Zurich, and Dubai, with further enhancements and team expansion expected later this year.

The newly appointed leaders bring decades of experience supporting global pharmaceutical clients, scaling agency operations, and building integrated teams in highly regulated markets.

“Real Chemistry was built to solve the unique challenges of healthcare and that focus has become even more critical as our clients operate across increasingly nuanced and interconnected global marketplaces,” said Shankar Narayanan, Chief Executive Officer, Real Chemistry. “By investing in global leadership, regional infrastructure, AI and best-shore capabilities, we are uniquely positioned to deliver expertise, innovative solutions and efficiencies to meet our clients’ needs today and in the future.”

Since 2023, the company’s international workforce has grown by 25%, with over 300 employees now working across key markets outside the United States. This expansion follows the launch of RC Resolve, the company’s healthcare advisory practice designed to address critical business, regulatory, and value challenges across the industry.
