UAE-based technology company Onepane has announced the launch of a new autonomous infrastructure category called ‘Agentic IT’, aimed at transforming how IT operations function in an increasingly AI-driven enterprise world. Known as the region’s first agentic AI platform purpose-built for IT operations, Onepane enables teams to convert conversations directly into action.
While enterprises globally have rapidly adopted AI agents across sales, marketing, and customer experience, IT teams—the backbone supporting these innovations—continue to rely on outdated tools to manage growing operational complexity. Onepane seeks to address this imbalance.
Founded under the leadership of technology investor Arun Mohan, General Partner at AMX Ventures, Onepane’s Agentic IT vision aligns with the broader industry shift toward what Microsoft describes as ‘Frontier Firms’—organisations that embed AI deeply into their operational core rather than treating it as a layer on top.
Central to this new approach is Onepane Pulse, an advanced platform developed in the UAE to unify fragmented IT environments. Unlike traditional monitoring tools that surface alerts and dashboards, Pulse consolidates massive volumes of operational data and converts them into real-time, actionable intelligence.
“The industry has developed an ‘agent gap’,” said Arun Mohan. “We have agents that can write emails and agents that can close deals, but we lack agents that can self-heal a cloud environment or autonomously orchestrate a DevOps pipeline. IT professionals are currently the ‘manual labour’ behind the AI revolution. We are changing that by introducing an agentic layer that serves the individual, the team, and the entire enterprise.”
To enable scalable adoption, Onepane has designed a three-layered agentic framework:
-
The Personal Agent supports individual IT engineers by automating diagnostics and reducing alert fatigue. For example, an engineer can query Pulse about a production issue and instantly receive root cause analysis, impacted systems, and recommended actions.
-
The Team Agent connects development, operations, and security teams by digitising institutional knowledge and automating cross-functional workflows. Tasks like patching can be scheduled, validated, and reported without manual coordination.
-
The Enterprise Agent delivers a unified operational view for leadership, linking IT performance with business outcomes and governance metrics. Capabilities include validating RPO and RTO benchmarks across critical systems to proactively identify resilience gaps.
Together, these layers signal a shift in IT operations—from reactive problem-solving to proactive, intelligence-led innovation. Onepane positions Agentic IT not merely as a product offering, but as the foundational operating model for modern IT leadership.
With operations in both the UAE and the US, Onepane has developed Pulse through a team of experienced professionals in the UAE, bringing over a decade of expertise in building advanced workflows across infrastructure, application management, security, and compliance domains.
