November Five Appoints Darius LaBelle As Managing Director

November Five has appointed Darius LaBelle as Managing Director, tasking him with spearheading the company’s next phase of growth in the Middle East. Founded in Antwerp, Belgium, in 2008, the agency has identified the MENA region as a strategic long-term growth market and is strengthening its leadership to support this ambition.

In his new role, LaBelle will shape and execute November Five’s Middle East growth strategy, introducing the agency’s next-generation operating model to the region. His mandate includes driving product-led delivery, implementing innovative commercial frameworks such as performance-linked remuneration models, and building multi-year platforms that foster deep, lasting partnerships with clients.

“Darius brings what matters most to us: strong craft, commercial leadership, and the ability to deliver. The Middle East is a key growth region for November Five, and we already see strong traction there,” said Tom Vroemans, CEO, November Five.

Highlighting the strategic importance of the appointment, Vroemans added, “His appointment is a clear step in building a long-term presence in the region. Darius combines deep local knowledge with the leadership and execution needed to turn momentum into lasting client partnerships and impactful results – fast.”

LaBelle will also focus on setting high standards for quality and accountability, while building a culture where ownership and excellence are non-negotiable. With more than 20 years of global experience across North America, EMEA, and the Middle East, he brings deep expertise across strategy, customer experience, design, technology, and commercial growth.

LaBelle has previously held senior leadership roles at global agencies and consultancies including Ogilvy, Havas CX, and Sapient, where he led large, multi-disciplinary teams delivering digital transformation, marketing, and experience-led programmes for leading brands.

Concluding his announcement, LaBelle said, “The Middle East is moving fast, and this is the right moment to scale something meaningful with a team that cares deeply about craft and outcomes.”
