Nisha Varman Appointed As Managing Director Of That Media Group

That Global View (TGV) has named Nisha Varman as Managing Director of That Media Group. In addition, she will serve as Chief Growth Officer, Creators & Cities, at That Global View, overseeing strategic expansion across its creator and city-focused platforms, including flagship brand That Dubai Page.

Varman joins during a strong growth phase for the group, whose platforms collectively generate over one billion views. Her appointment supports the company’s ambition to combine authentic cultural narratives with measurable commercial outcomes for partners.

As Managing Director, Varman will guide the strategic direction and operational scale of That Media Group’s portfolio. She will focus on expanding its presence across key regional markets while ensuring its platforms continue to shape city culture through data-informed, high-impact storytelling.

Her leadership aligns with the group’s emphasis on “Science-Fuelled Attention” — a model that integrates behavioural science with creativity to drive predictable engagement and results. Varman will work to convert the group’s extensive digital reach into measurable impact, ensuring content remains rooted in cultural insight and human relevance.
