Moving Walls has announced the launch of its Middle East operations, strengthening its presence in the region and reinforcing its focus on advancing connected out-of-home (OOH) and digital out-of-home (DOOH) media.
The expansion enables Moving Walls to work closely with advertisers, agencies, and media owners across key markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. These markets are witnessing rapid urbanisation, smart city development, and growing investments in public infrastructure, creating new opportunities for data-driven brand engagement in physical environments.
The Middle East hub will be led by Ankur Mehra, MENA Lead at Moving Walls, who will be responsible for driving regional growth, forging partnerships, and deploying the company’s connected OOH technology stack.
“The Middle East is entering a new phase of real-world media,” said Mehra. “This region has the vision, infrastructure, and ambition to move beyond traditional out-of-home and embrace connected, measurable, and accountable DOOH at scale. We are not here to participate we are here to accelerate.”
The move aligns with the region’s fast adoption of smart infrastructure, where public spaces are increasingly being transformed into intelligent, data-enabled environments. Industry experts highlight that the Middle East’s ability to bypass legacy systems positions it as a key growth market for next-generation OOH media.
“With connected OOH, we are moving beyond static screens,” Mehra added. “Physical spaces can now be intelligent, responsive, and accountable, turning impressions into influence and locations into platforms.”
Moving Walls’ platform helps media owners and advertisers convert physical OOH assets into connected, measurable media channels. Its technology supports inventory discovery, automated campaign execution, audience insights, and performance measurement—bringing digital-style accountability to real-world advertising.
As part of the regional rollout, the company has also launched Moving Walls Market, a self-serve online platform that allows advertisers to plan, book, manage, and execute DOOH campaigns directly, without intermediaries. The platform is designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and access to premium DOOH inventory.
With the Middle East hub now operational, Moving Walls plans to collaborate with regional stakeholders to build a scalable, measurable, and future-ready connected DOOH ecosystem.
