Momentum ME Appoints David Paysant Chief Growth Officer

Momentum ME has appointed David Paysant as Chief Growth and Commercial Officer, a key leadership role aimed at driving the agency’s expansion and strengthening its integrated service offerings across the Middle East.

In this position, Paysant will lead efforts to scale operations, unlock new industry verticals, and enhance the agency’s commercial strategy, further positioning Momentum ME as a full-service partner for brands in the region.

Paysant brings extensive experience in business transformation and cross-market growth, having built a strong reputation across Asia. His early career saw him working in Hong Kong, where he played a crucial role in helping European tobacco companies establish a presence in the APAC region, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and diverse consumer markets.

He later transitioned into advertising, launching OgilvyAction (now VML) in Hong Kong in 2008. Under his leadership, the agency grew significantly—from a small team to a well-established operation—while securing major clients and earning industry recognition for both creativity and effectiveness.

In 2017, Paysant joined Publicis Groupe as Managing Director, where he played a key role in reshaping the group’s digital capabilities in the Middle East, particularly across Digitas and broader digital operations. His leadership contributed to securing the global creative and media mandate for Cathay Pacific.

He later moved to Vietnam in 2019 to lead Hello Health Group as Country Manager. During his tenure, he oversaw a team of 150 employees, doubled the company’s revenue, and helped position it as a leading health-tech ecosystem in Southeast Asia, reaching over 40 million monthly users.

Now based in Dubai, Paysant joins Momentum ME at a crucial stage in its growth journey. The agency currently works with major global brands such as Mars, Uber, Pepsi-Cola, Carlsberg, and Unilever.

His appointment reflects the agency’s ambition to evolve beyond its strong foundations in activation, BTL, and FMCG marketing into a more comprehensive, data-driven and ROI-focused partner for brands across the region.

With his expertise in digital transformation, commercial strategy, and integrated communications, Paysant is expected to play a central role in shaping Momentum ME’s next phase of growth.
