Publicis Media has announced the promotion of Mazen Mroueh to Head of Retail Media & Partnerships, marking a new leadership milestone within the network’s growing commerce and data ecosystem. The update was shared by Mroueh on LinkedIn, highlighting the momentum the organisation has built across the retail media landscape in the Middle East.
In his new role, Mroueh will lead the expansion of retail media partnerships and drive integrated solutions that connect first-party data, media, and measurement to deliver measurable commercial outcomes for brands and retail partners.
The promotion follows a strong close to 2025, when Publicis Media received two Retail Media awards from Fast Company Middle East. The recognition highlighted the organisation’s role in developing the region’s retail media ecosystem through partnerships with companies such as Majid Al Futtaim, Landmark Group, LiveRamp and Advertima. The work demonstrated measurable business impact, including rapid sales uplift and significant incremental category growth through pilot initiatives.
The awards also acknowledged the network’s efforts to redefine how brands engage with consumers by integrating online and in-store touchpoints, positioning retail media as a core growth driver powered by creativity, data and commerce.
Mroueh expressed gratitude to the Publicis leadership team, clients, partners and the wider retail media community for their continued trust and collaboration as the business continues to scale its commerce and partnership capabilities across the region.
