LT Foods Ltd has announced the appointment of Rohit Jaiswal as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LT Foods Middle East DMCC, its step-down subsidiary. In this role, Jaiswal will partner closely with Gursajan Arora, CEO – Middle East Business, to define and execute the company’s strategic growth roadmap, driving business expansion across the Middle East and Africa.
Jaiswal brings more than 27 years of leadership experience in the FMCG sector, spanning multiple categories and diverse markets including India, Bangladesh, the Middle East, Africa, and CIS & Central Asian regions. An MBA from IIM Bangalore, he is also an alumnus of INSEAD, France, and Stanford Graduate School of Business, California. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions across renowned organisations such as Colgate Palmolive, Marico Limited, Dabur International, and Dr. Reddy’s.
