JGroup Holding has entered into a strategic partnership with Smartifai LLC, an AI-powered digital advertising and branding solutions platform, marking a significant step in strengthening data-led advertising across the MENA region.
Under the agreement, Promofix LLC—JGroup’s digital division—will serve as Smartifai’s exclusive commercial sales and representation partner. Promofix will focus on expanding Smartifai’s reach among brands and agencies across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa.
JGroup will manage Smartifai’s regional commercial operations, including media sales, client relationships, campaign negotiations, and market expansion initiatives. In parallel, JGroup will integrate Smartifai’s AI-driven capabilities into its offerings to deliver advertising campaigns with measurable performance, deeper audience intelligence, and sharper targeting precision.
The partnership aims to accelerate market entry, enhance campaign effectiveness, and improve brand outcomes by combining regional market expertise with advanced AI technology.
