JCRADS & PARTNERS Wins New Hospitality Clients

JCRADS & PARTNERS has kicked off 2026 with two major hospitality client additions, signalling continued growth after a successful debut year in the region.

The boutique PR and marketing agency has added The Spaniel, a British-inspired bar and brasserie, and FLOR, a Scandinavian-European restaurant that recently announced a collaboration with two-Michelin-starred chef Alex Dilling. The agency will support FLOR’s expansion in DIFC by elevating its brand positioning and promoting its culinary narrative through seasonal campaigns and chef partnerships.

These new mandates build on a strong finish to 2025, during which existing clients broadened their engagements to include both PR and social media services. The agency now manages integrated communications for Sobremesa and Prunier Caviar, reinforcing its presence in the premium hospitality and lifestyle segment.

Commenting on the agency’s growth, Josh Craddock, Founder and Managing Director, said, “It’s been an incredible end to the year. Less than a year in, we’re agile, ambitious and building real momentum. Our strength lies in supporting brands in multiple ways – from integrated PR and social to focused public relations and fractional marketing – allowing us to move conversations across communities and create meaningful impact.”

In addition to the client wins, the agency has introduced a dedicated social media division, reflecting a wider industry shift toward fully integrated storytelling and communications.
