Imfluence Appoints Jamil Adas As Head Of Brand Partnerships

Imfluence, the influencer marketing and social media agency under IM Media Group, has announced the appointment of Jamil Adas as Head of Brand Partnerships, reinforcing its focus on building scalable and long-term creator collaborations.

As the influencer marketing ecosystem evolves, brand–creator relationships are moving beyond transactional campaigns toward more structured, outcome-driven partnerships. In his new role, Adas will lead the development, management, and expansion of Imfluence’s brand partnerships, ensuring collaborations are designed to operate effectively across platforms while delivering sustained value.

Adas brings strong experience across creator ecosystems and brand strategy. His responsibilities will include shaping partnership frameworks that balance brand objectives with creator needs, while enabling growth and consistency across Imfluence’s expanding portfolio.

“Our focus has never been on running more campaigns. It’s about building partnerships that brands and creators can actually grow with,” said Mike Alnaji, CEO of Imfluence. “As we expand across markets and categories, Jamil brings the experience and leadership needed to elevate how those partnerships are formed, nurtured and scaled.”

In addition to leading deal structuring and commercial alignment, Adas will oversee strategic partner engagement across high-impact campaigns. He will also work closely with internal teams to ensure collaborations are executed with transparency, consistency, and a long-term vision.

“Imfluence has built a strong reputation around meaningful, long-term collaborations,” said Adas. “That aligns closely with how I believe brand and creator partnerships should be done. My focus will be on expanding this ecosystem to create sustained value for both creators and brands.”

The appointment supports IM Media Group’s broader ambition to build an integrated and unified media ecosystem for the creator economy.
