HUMAIN, an AI company backed by Public Investment Fund (PIF), has appointed Abeer Al Qadi as its new Chief Marketing Officer.
Al Qadi succeeds former Acting CMO Steve Plimsoll, who continues in his role as Chief Strategy Officer. In her new position, she will lead HUMAIN’s marketing and communications strategy, focusing on strengthening the company’s global brand and shaping an AI-driven approach to marketing.
“With HUMAIN, we’re building a limitless marketing and communications operating system where human creativity and AI converge,” Al Qadi said.
She brings more than 25 years of experience spanning brand building, strategic communications and stakeholder engagement across industries including finance, technology, real estate, hospitality and retail. Throughout her career, she has led data-driven teams and developed strategies aimed at expanding brand influence, strengthening stakeholder trust and supporting business growth across international markets.
At HUMAIN, Al Qadi will focus on advancing the company’s AI-native marketing framework while leveraging technology and creative strategy to build global resonance.
The appointment comes as HUMAIN continues to expand its AI ecosystem. The company recently partnered with Luma AI to develop what it describes as the world’s first Saudi-built Arabic-native foundation model through its generative AI platform, HUMAIN Create. As part of the broader initiative, Publicis Groupe Middle East has also partnered with Luma to support AI-driven advertising and creative production across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
