Hills Advertising, one of Dubai’s largest outdoor advertising owners and operators, has renewed its long-term strategic partnership with the World Governments Summit, marking the continuation of a collaboration that began over a decade ago and now enters a new ten-year phase.
The upcoming 2026 edition of the World Governments Summit is expected to be the biggest to date, bringing together more than 35 heads of state and government, hundreds of ministers, global CEOs, and thousands of delegates—highlighting the platform’s growing global relevance and influence.
Over the years, Hills Advertising’s association with the Summit has gone beyond brand presence, offering valuable insights into the evolution of public policy, infrastructure development, and long-term national planning. These learnings have supported the company’s strategic decision-making, enabling investments aligned with the UAE’s future-focused priorities.
Commenting on the renewed partnership, Sami Al Mufleh, Owner and CEO of Hills Advertising, said, “We believed in the World Governments Summit from the very first edition — long before many of the innovations it champions became realities. Over the past decade, we’ve seen ambitious ideas turn into real projects that shape how people live, travel, and work.”
Mufleh added, “Being part of this journey has informed our own strategic direction and reinforced our confidence in long-term vision. Renewing this partnership for the next ten years reflects our belief in the power of bold thinking, collaboration and delivery.”
Since its inception, the World Governments Summit has functioned as more than a discussion platform, serving as a catalyst for future-oriented initiatives that move from ideation to execution. Several concepts first introduced at the Summit have progressed into tangible outcomes, including advancements in mobility and smart city infrastructure.
A prominent example is Dubai’s upcoming air taxi service, developed through partnerships initially announced at the Summit. Backed by international collaborators and supported by local regulators, the electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) service is scheduled to begin commercial operations in 2026, representing a milestone in urban mobility.
The 2026 edition will also introduce the World Laureates Summit, bringing together Nobel Prize winners, leading scientists, and researchers to engage directly with policymakers. This initiative underscores the Summit’s growing emphasis on integrating scientific insight with policy development to address global challenges through evidence-based solutions.
