With over 15 years of communications expertise across the region, Amel has led corporate communications teams at two major international PR agencies in Dubai and is recognised for building reputation-led programmes rooted in regional knowledge and cultural insight for both multinational and local businesses in MENA.
Since opening in 2023, H/Advisors’ Dubai office has continued to expand its remit and client base, with strong momentum in financial communications, corporate advisory, and crisis preparedness. The office operates from Havas Village Middle East, a hub of more than 400 professionals across the region, alongside H/Advisors teams in Riyadh, Cairo and Muscat.
Amel steps into the role previously held by Laura Stockwell, who led the firm’s entry into the GCC and helped establish its presence across regional markets.
Neil Bennett and Tom Johnson, Global Co-CEOs of H/Advisors, said: “We’re delighted to have Amel on board. Her experience in the region is extensive, and she will bring considerable knowledge and energy to our business as we look to expand our services and team. The Middle East is one of the most dynamic and exciting markets in the world and we are thrilled to be investing behind these markets, helping local companies to go global and international firms to engage more meaningfully in the region.”
Dany Naaman, CEO at Havas Village Middle East, commented: “Havas and its joint venture with Chalhoub Group in the region is long established and has provided a strong base for H/Advisors to launch its strategic communications services in Dubai. We have been successfully integrating our talent pools and experience over the last two years, and we are confident that Amel’s appointment will help propel the business to the next level. We know that institutions and organisations across this region are shaping global agendas with increasing influence, and our teams are here to help them navigate that responsibility with clarity and strategic precision.”
Sharing her excitement, Amel Osman said: “Great communication happens when local insight, strategic intelligence and meticulous execution come together. I look forward to joining H/Advisors whose breadth, depth and global perspective, strengthened by the Havas ecosystem, reflect the region’s complexity and support organisations as they navigate it with confidence. Across the Middle East, regional actors are shaping global conversations, and we look forward to supporting clients as they grow, transform, and strengthen their reputations across these dynamic markets.”
