Global Creative Communications Agency Bacchus Opens Office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Extending Global Reach

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 11th November 2025 – Award-winning PR agency Bacchus officially opens its Saudi Arabia office, formalising their established foothold in the country and expanding the agency’s presence across the GCC region. From Riyadh, Bacchus (registered Bee Arabia LLC), will be the seventh agency location, joining London, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Dubai and Doha. 

The agency welcomes seasoned communications and marketing professional, Tarek ElMoukachar as Senior Partner and Co-Founder of Bacchus KSA to lead the agency in the territory, working alongside Bacchus UAE Co-Founder Fiona Wishart, and global support from Bacchus Co-CEO & Co-Founder Anouschka Menzies.

Bacchus is already supporting high-profile clients such as Boutique Group, a hospitality company fully owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and a leading cultural development anchored in the heart of Riyadh’s future urban landscape; the 5* luxury hotel, Rosewood Jeddah, in the center of the city; Leylaty Group, renowned for crafting some of the country’s most dynamic and refined hospitality experiences; and Jayasom Wellness Resort AMAALA, a multidisciplinary wellness resort in the Red Sea.

The Bacchus KSA team has supported clients with multiple events in the Kingdom including Incorta, a San Francisco based data delivery platform at their NoLimits event in Riyadh and the launch of Benoit, helmed by world renowned Chef Alain Ducasse in the prestigious King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). 

Bacchus KSA will also extend the global agency’s work in Corporate and Reputation Management, with key clients including Maldives International Financial Centre and MBS Global Investments, who will benefit from the international reach of the agency’s teams from offices across strategic global locations. 

The Riyadh office will offer the agency’s suite of integrated services, including Consumer, Corporate, and Crisis Communications, Strategy and Advisory, Reputation Management, Digital and Social Media, as well as Event Management and Production, delivered by a team of regional and global experts. 

Tarek will lead the growth strategy for Bacchus KSA, in collaboration with Fiona, who oversees Bacchus UAE. This unified approach will also leverage Bacchus’ global network, aimed at strengthening the agency’s presence throughout key growth markets. This will allow Bacchus to capitalise on the significant growth opportunities arising from increased tourism and sustained economic growth across the GCC region.
