Egypt-based marketing consultancy and public relations firm Jupiter Commz has announced the appointment of Osama Rashad as Managing Partner and Board Member, marking a key step in strengthening its leadership team.
The appointment aligns with the company’s plans for regional expansion and its focus on delivering technology-led, data-driven marketing and communication solutions.
Rashad brings over 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, finance, investor relations, and corporate governance. Since 2010, he has been closely involved in managing and executing multiple IPOs on the Egyptian Exchange. His previous roles include serving on the Higher Executive Committee at Beltone Holding, where he led institutional business, investor relations, media, governance, and financing activities, alongside holding board positions across several subsidiaries.
He currently serves as Chairman of Wadi Al Marai for Development and Investment and advises leading corporations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia on investor relations and governance matters.

With Rashad’s appointment, Jupiter Commz aims to strengthen its strategic advisory capabilities and broaden its service portfolio beyond traditional public relations. The firm plans to offer integrated solutions across digital reputation management, corporate communications, content innovation, and investor relations.

Rashad holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting), an MBA, and a specialised diploma in Finance and Investment from the American University in Cairo.
