Mroueh is a senior marketing, strategy, and transformation leader known for operating at the convergence of data, media, and commerce. He currently serves as Head of Retail Media & Partnerships at Publicis Media Middle East, where he works closely with leadership teams to design high-impact ecosystems that drive long-term competitive advantage.
With a global career spanning multiple regions and industries, Mroueh has held leadership roles across Publicis Groupe in the UAE, Lebanon, and Singapore, as well as FrieslandCampina across 40 global markets, BORZO in Amsterdam, and Techcombank in Vietnam. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, accelerated performance growth, and developed scalable operating models for complex organizations.
Recognized for combining strategic thinking with operational execution, Mroueh has built a reputation for aligning cross-functional teams, turning strategy into measurable outcomes, and forging partnerships that unlock new revenue opportunities.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, he is an active advisor, speaker, and mentor within the marketing and technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on retail media, AI-driven marketing, and ecosystem orchestration.
