The Everything App expanded into new cities across the UAE and enhanced the reliability and speed of 20+ services – from food and grocery delivery to international money transfers, ride-hailing, and more.

2025 highlights:
- In 2025, Careem expanded its services across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Sharjah.
- Careem Quik became the exclusive home of Fix Dessert Chocolatiere, the iconic ‘Dubai Chocolate’.
- Careem Pay expanded its international remittance service to 35+ countries.
- Careem Plus members saved an average of AED 375 per month – a 25% increase from 2024.
- New service launches included Box XL, Careem for Business, and expanded Home Cleaning offerings.
- Careem Food hosted the first-ever Careem Awards, celebrating the restaurants shaping the food scene in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Careem partnered with MAJRA National CSR Fund to support over 60,000 delivery captains during summer across all platforms.
Careem Food:
- Over 1.6 million burgers were delivered in 2025. That’s 4,400 burgers a day!
- Matcha love surged this year, with orders increasing by 120% compared to 2024.
- One dedicated foodie placed 1,250 orders this year – more than three orders a day!
- The fastest orders in Dubai and Abu Dhabi were delivered in under 3 minutes.
- The largest single order was valued at over AED 1,600 – for 15 Legendary Brisket Feasts from Mattar Farm. Talk about an epic gathering.
- Breakfast claimed the title of most popular cuisine in 2025.
- Peak ordering time remained 7 – 8 PM.
- Careem Food added popular brands including the exclusive launch of Al Beiruti, along with Five Guys, Taqado, Little Caesars Pizza, Mandi Man, Bread Ahead, and more.
Careem Quik:
- Careem became the first digital platform to partner directly with most local UAE farms, delivering their fresh, handpicked produce to customers within 24 hours of harvest.
- For the third year in a row, bananas ranked as the most-ordered item for both men and women.
- Labubu collectors made their mark, with one customer ordering 10 Labubus for AED 2,400.
- The largest FIX chocolate order hit AED 19,800 for 50 boxes of the viral Dubai chocolate.
- The fastest grocery delivery reached customers in just 70 seconds in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- The largest single grocery order totaled AED 4,600, while one customer placed 41 separate orders in a single day.
- Sunday remained the busiest shopping day, with peak demand between 7–8 PM.

Careem Pay:
- Careem Pay set a new record for speed with a transfer completed in just 7 seconds to India!
- Nearly 20% of all transfers were completed in under 60 seconds.
- One prolific sender made over 480 transfers to India this year; while another transferred a total of $620,000 to Pakistan in 2025.
- October was the busiest month for remittances, with 11 AM as the most popular time to send money abroad.
Careem Plus:
- Average monthly savings reached AED 375 (a 25% increase from 2024).
- This year’s most active member saved over AED 18,200!
- The most-used services by Plus members were Careem Food, Careem Quik, and Careem Rides.
- One loyal customer has kept their membership active for five consecutive years!
Careem DineOut:
- Kitchen6 was the most frequently booked restaurant of the year.
- The largest single dining bill reached AED 41,600 at Jun’s, saving the customer AED 4,200 through Careem DineOut.
- One avid diner made 330 separate restaurant bookings for personal dining throughout 2025!
Careem Rides:
- In 2025, rides taken across the UAE covered more than 160 million kilometers – that’s the equivalent of traveling from Earth to the Moon and back over 200 times!
- Among the unique items forgotten in rides were two carpet rolls and a guitar.
- The most commonly forgotten items included phones, AirPods, and wallets.
Careem Bike:
- Riders completed 1.8 million trips, covering more than 7.8 million kilometers and displacing 1.2k tonnes of CO2 emissions.
- Collectively, riders burned 172 million calories in 2025.
- The most committed cyclist completed 2,090 trips this year (that’s 5 trips a day!)
- Peak riding time remained 5 – 6 PM, with January 11 recording the highest daily total at 11,000 trips.
Donations:
- Around AED 2.2M was donated to different charitable causes via Careem’s in-app donations service in the UAE, Jordan, and KSA.
- The largest single donations in the UAE reached AED 10,000 to both Dubai Cares and the World Food Programme for Gaza.
Captains & Customers remained at the heart of Careem’s success:
- Careem partnered with MAJRA National CSR Fund to support more than 60,000 delivery Captains during the summer months across all platforms.
- Captain Balwant Singh completed the most deliveries in 2025, while captain Muzammil Hussain continued as one of Careem’s longest-serving delivery captains.
- Customer generosity stood out this year, with the largest single tip reaching AED 300 in Dubai.
- One customer tipped on 590 out of 680 orders (an 86% tip rate!), while another tipped on 97% of all orders. 100% of tips go to captains.
