Dubai, UAE – Born Creators has announced the appointment of Fadi Saad as Chief Growth Officer for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region — a strategic move that underscores the Group’s commitment to accelerating growth and strengthening its position in the region’s rapidly evolving communications landscape.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Fadi Saad is a seasoned industry professional who has held senior roles within leading global agency networks under WPP and Omnicom Holdings. Throughout his career, he has successfully driven transformation, business acceleration, and strategic growth for clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
Fadi’s expertise spans network management, business strategy, marketing and communications, reputation management, and strategic advisory, helping both private and public sector organisations enhance brand performance, optimise growth, and unlock new opportunities. Recognised for his solution-driven mindset and results-oriented approach, he has consistently empowered clients to achieve measurable business impact through creativity, insight, and strategic direction.

Fadi Saad holds an MBA and a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut (A.U.B.), along with a Diploma in Design Thinking from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition to his executive leadership roles, he serves on multiple boards, contributing to the advancement of marketing excellence and strategic communication across the region.
He is also the creator of “Shocktherapy Marketing”, a proprietary methodology registered with the U.S. State Department of Copyrights, which integrates behavioural insights and creative disruption to revitalise brands and businesses facing stagnation or decline.
